Shipping & Returns

Made to Order

Every print is produced individually, on demand, after your order is placed. Nothing is held in inventory. This is what allows the work to be offered across multiple substrates and sizes without compromise on quality, but it also means each print is essentially custom-made for you.

Production & Shipping Time

Production typically takes 3–7 business days. Shipping then takes an additional 3–10 business days within the United States, and 7–21 business days internationally, depending on destination and customs. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

Shipping Costs & Customs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on substrate, size, and destination. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Returns & Refunds

Because every print is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or substrate selection, or any reason unrelated to a defect in the work itself.

Please review your order carefully before checkout — substrate, size, and shipping address.

Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, please email studio@mikesagato.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue and the packaging. Verified defects will be remade and reshipped at no additional cost.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building staff, and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Color & Material Variation

Each substrate — stretched canvas, rolled canvas, and Hahnemühle German Etching paper — renders color and texture differently. On-screen previews are approximate. Slight variation between monitors, between substrates, and between individual prints is inherent to the medium and is not considered a defect.
